Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your cards. Please read how returns and refunds work below.
Singles
Because card prices move with the market, we do not accept returns on single cards for change of mind. We will accept a return or send a refund only if:
- The card's condition does not match what was listed, or
- You received the wrong card (wrong set, wrong print, wrong card).
If either happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Sealed products
Sealed product must be returned unopened. We do not accept returns on sealed product that has been opened. If a sealed item arrives damaged, see the damage section below.
Damaged or missing in transit
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package being opened is required for any damage or missing-item claim. Without it, we may not be able to process the claim.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, or by UPI or bank transfer, within 5 to 7 business days. Return shipping for an approved condition or wrong-card issue is covered by us. For change-of-mind situations where a return is accepted at our discretion, return shipping is paid by you.
Selling to us (buylist)
If you sell cards to us and we receive items that do not match what was described, we will return them to you at no cost. You are paid only after we receive and verify your cards.
