Shipping Policy

We ship across India and pack every order to arrive safely.

Processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Packaging
We take packaging seriously. Singles are shipped in a sleeve and toploader inside a rigid mailer. Higher-value and sealed items get extra protection so they arrive in the condition you expect.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details. If your order hasn't moved or arrived in the expected time, contact us and we'll look into it.

Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). An unboxing video is required for damage or missing-item claims. We'll work with you to resolve it.
